Consumed217 is a ministry of Living Consumed Ministries. The group has been together for over five years. Our ministry began leading worship in our local church. In 2006, we began to travel and take our team "on the road". In 2008, we stepped out of the local church as a team and dedicated our time for God to use us as a traveling ministry. Our team all seeks to take the church into an awesome time of worship and allow the Holy Spirit to minister.

Casey is the person responsible for making sure the words to our songs are visible for everyone when we lead worship. At the time that she joined the team, she had recently gone through a divorce. "I never really understood what alone felt like. Most evenings I would cry myself to sleep. I could only feel peace if I got myself extremely still and quiet. It was during those times that I could feel God's loving arms around me. It was in those times that I truly discovered what it meant to be a child of God."She joined Consumed217 to have a place to serve in our church. God was able to take a love for computers and tech things and give her a place for ministry. Through ministering to others and spending time with believers, God healed her broken heart and showed her that a relationship with a man didn't define who she was. "It was my relationship with Him that made me the creation that He designed."
Casey is lead vocal and keyboard player. He has been involved in ministry since 1990. Casey served as a local worship pastor for nearly ten years. In 2008, Casey stepped out of his role as worship pastor to focus on Consumed217. Also that year, Casey formed Living Consumed Ministries, Inc. He lives in East Texas and has been married to Amanda for eleven years. They have two children.
Randy is one of our worship leaders. Randy is the public relations guy within the group. His outgoing personality and his vocation allows him the opportunity to talk to visit with many people. He handles our booking information. Randy is married to Sonya and has two children.
Amanda is one of our female worship leaders. She has been leading beside her husband Casey for eleven years. Her role within Living Consumed Ministry is to organize our bible studies and coordinate special events. She is a devoted wife and a mother of two children.
Sonya is one of our female worship leaders. Sonya has been with our group since we began. She is married to Randy .
Jody is our "awesome" drummer. Jody keeps us in line as a band with the driving force of rhythm. He is married to Charleen and they have three children.
Phil is our electric guitar player. He was born and raised in Dallas and formed Southern Cross in 1970 as a way to play the many Christian songs God had blessed him with. "I soon strayed from that commitment, and went back to playing secular music in rock clubs all over Texas." Southern Cross broke up in 1979, and Phil moved to East Texas to start a family. He found work in the electric motor repair field, which he still does today. "I recommitted my heart to Jesus Christ, and He has used me in so many ways! I’m in two Praise and Worship teams, and my own Christian group: Cross-Wind. I am so honored to be a member of Consumed217!"
